The Vice President of Sales will need to be a dynamic individual with a passion for generating new business and hitting sales goals as well as properly developing and nurturing broadcast TV relationships on both the agency and station side. To succeed in this emerging on-air buy-sell advertising space, the VP will need to display a number of strengths including: access to key decision-makers, consultative selling, meticulous planning and inspiring sales management. The ideal candidate will also have a unique ability to drive large media partnerships and deep brand integrations. Overall the Vice President and Sales will have an unprecedented opportunity to help build a new premium direct sales organization.
