Sales Platform Program Manager

"Responsible for crafting and defining the Sales Platform roadmap (Salesforce.com, et al.) as well as driving its development and use with regards to the Merchant LOB. This person will work closely with the Sales Management, IT, Finance, and Operations to create/refine the strategic vision for the Sales Platform. Additionally, this person will work with their Platform Manager peers to ensure and drive continuity of approach and strategy.
The Sales Platform encompasses the comprehensive suite of tools that enable Sales, Relationship Managers, and external Channel Partners to meet and exceed their goals. This suite includes but is not limited to; mobile solutions, customer acquisition platforms (boarding), CRM, partner portals, sales support, and reporting. "
